Groundwork North East works across the whole region including Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, South Tyneside, North Tyneside, County Durham and Teeside. Delivery of projects against stretching targets and performance measures is one essential element of the Groundwork’s approach to performance management. A set of quantitative project performance measures has been established and annual targets agreed. Reporting of outputs against the measures is done on a quarterly basis and reported figures are audited to verify their accuracy.
